They have their baby hippo inside their belly for about seven and a half months and after, They give their birth to a baby hippo in the water.When baby hippos are born,they are usually 25kg~45kg and they can go in to the water right after they are born.They usually have one baby hippo at a time and after about 2~4years they can have it again.

The group of hippos lead by one large male.
The other members are female,young,and there are some other young male hippos too.
Hippos nose,ears,and their eyes are on top of their head so that they can breath,see,and hear even they are in the water.
Male hippos are about 1.5~2.7 tones and the female hippos are 2.2~4.5 tones!

Hippos eat diffrent types of vegetation,both in the water and land.
They are her herbivore animals so they dont usually eat meats.
In a day they eat 40~60kg of grass or other plants.
They usually eat during the night times.
They don't usually hunt unless they are in danger.
